Our webhost was rearranging its IP addresses, and messed up its DNS server, so, for a while the site was down, and then, lo and behold, iscid became some other guy's website. Wierd stuff, I know! [Not really if you understand the way domain names "iscid.org" map to ip addresses "121.154.163.231" via a database].

Anyway, we are back up and things should be back to normal.
