Folks:

Thanks for all the good input. I think I will not respond to the messages by RBH and Frances as I'm getting busy with other things and we've gotten off the main topic. I do think there is room for more discussion and perhaps I'll start a new topic or two in the future, using the sentiment RBH and Frances are expressing as jumping off points. Thanks again to all.
