I just tried once again to register at Uncommon Descent. They sent me the following password -
1wP!(v2*K8F$
Not surprisingly, it doesn't work!
I love it so! [ 04. February 2009, 08:29: Message edited by: nosivad ]

Hi John, You may like to read and comment upon the paper that I presented at St. Anne's College Oxford last year on the 4th law of thermodynamics.

Your work is cited - especially the SMH. Reference is also made to Leo Berg and Pierre Grasse - information gleaned from your Evolutionary Manifesto. Thankyou for making so much known to me over these last few years. Chris

Thank you very much Chris.
I have been very lonely here at "brainstorms" with only David "I love being right" Springer periodically reacting to my presence. It is very revealing that "brainstorms," one of the most tolerant of forums, should have such small participation. It reflects the intractable polarization, protectionism and insecurity which has come to characterize the manner in which the great mystery of phylogeny is still plagued. Little has changed in the century and a half since the publication of the Origin of Species, a book which I insist has nothing whatsoever to do with its title.
I hope that as we celebrate the bicentennial of Darwin's birth this month that we ask ourselves the question - What has this man really contributed to our understanding of the mystery of our origins?
My answer remains - nothing at all.
I will read your paper in its entirety and can already endorse it as a significant critique of the Darwinian myth. Thank you for sharing it with us. [ 07. February 2009, 13:52: Message edited by: nosivad ]

Dear Chris,
I will cite this link to your paper on my weblog where you are welcome to participate. It is interesting that I have just questioned whether the laws of physics and thermodynamics can ever be reconciled with the origin(s) and evolution of life.

At present I do not see how that is possible, but I am certainly amenable to changing my mind. Perhaps your 4th Law is the answer. [ 07. February 2009, 08:11: Message edited by: nosivad ]
