Borger is also translating the essay into Dutch which is the primary language of his audience.

From my weblog, jadavison.wordpress.com

524. John A. Davison - December 10, 2011 [Edit]
I just sent the following email to the email addresses provided by Stuart Campbell, Andre Kessler, Pee Zee Myers, Richard Dawkins, Wesley Elsberry and Larry Moran with copies to others,

Gentlemen,

This message is to establish for the record that the semi-meiotic mechanism (SMH) which I first presented in 1984 is the ONLY CONCEIVABLE means by which true species have ever appeared. Furthermore, if evolution ever resumes, which I do not anticipate, it will be the means by which all true speciation will take place. With this assertion I fulfill the prophesies of Richard B, Goldschmidt -

“The decisive step in evolution, the first step toward macroevolution, the step from one species to another, requires another evolutionary method than that of sheer accumulation of micromutations.”
The Material Basis of Evolution, page 183. (1940)

and Pierre Grasse –

“Any system which purports to account for evolution must evoke a mechanism not mutational and aleatory.”
Evolution of Living Organisms, page 245. (1977)

You are all invited to respond to this public challenge. Your continued silence is no longer acceptable and will be interpreted as incompetence.
