We must run in different circles as I had to look up apobetics.

What an interesting field of research you have going there. I’m afraid I can’t help you much as I’m not an immunologist and you obviously are trained in that area.

But I think you’re right. No one seems to go any further than Shannon information or some take off of it when considering biological systems, I would suppose because no one has figured out HOW.

So, are you then tying this together in different organisms with an underlying goal to show a common purpose in those organisms?

Sounds like you have a paper or two cooking there. Toss out your ideas here. We’ll take on anything at least once. [Wink]
