Planck time

Planck time, 10^-43 seconds, is the fundamental unit of time which cannot be broken down into smaller, meaningful units. The number is based on the time it would take a photon travelling at the speed of light to across a distance equal to the Planck length.

Planck time is often used in reference to the period between 0 and 10^-43 after the origin of the universe.
